Miller Plaza - 2025

Location: Bellevue, Washington -USA

Status: Vision- Feasibility
Collaboration: King Choi Architects

Project area: 16,500 sqft

Program: Resturant, Retail , Apartmtents and  Above and Underground Parking for 120  

Role: Project Designer

Miller Plaza is a proposed mixed-use development at 12606 SE 30th Street in Bellevue, Washington, on a site currently limited to a 45-foot building height. The project includes two stories of residential use over two levels of retail commercial space, with approximately 21 residential units (14,200 SF) and approximately 20,038 SF of commercial retail space.
The project provides ground-level and basement parking for both residential and commercial uses.
The development concept is contingent on a pending City of Bellevue zoning update that would increase the allowable building height to up to 100 feet, which would affect final project massing and density.

Tongohin Barangay - 2024

Location: Tongohin , Philippines

Status: Vision- Feasibility
Collaboration: Merana  Enterprise

Project area: 1740sm -6 lot subdivision

Program: Mixed -Use: Cafe, Clinic, Offices, Residential

Role: Project Designer 


 Merana Enterprise owns a substantial property that they plan to sell parcel by parcel. We have been tasked with developing a cohesive vision for the site's overall design and character. The development consists of six parcels, featuring a proposed community clinic at one end and an all-day café at the other, with one- and two-story "BAHAY" villas in between. The design is thoughtfully adapted to the tropical climate, integrating passive sustainability strategies through material selection and architectural form to enhance comfort and energy efficiency.

POWERLONG XIAMEN 2020

Location: Xiamen, China
Status: Built (2015–2018)
Project Area: 100,000 sqm
Collaboration: The Jerde Partnership

Role: Project Designer


Nestled in the tropical coastal Fujian city of Xiamen, China, Powerlong International Center is a landmark mixed-use destination that reflects the region’s natural beauty and relaxed island lifestyle. Inspired by the client’s vision to create a new commercial hub, the project introduces the innovative concept of “a building on top of a building,” blending verticality with functionality.

Developed in three phases, the project includes:

          Phase 1: Class A office towers complemented by vibrant restaurants and bars.

          Phase 2: Powerlong’s signature mall ,entertainment center, retail and leisure experience

           Phase 3: A W Hotel and a SOHO  tower, combining luxury hospitality with modern living spaces.

Powerlong Xiamen seamlessly integrates work, leisure, and lifestyle, establishing itself as a premier destination for locals and visitors alike.

POWERLONG QIBOA 2011

Location: Shanghai, China
Status: Built (2011–2015)
Project Area: 250,000 sqm
Collaboration: The Jerde Partnership

Powerlong Qiboa lies on the southern outskirts of Shanghai, within the rapidly evolving Qiboa Ecological Business Park (QEBP). Spanning 83,750 square meters across East and West parcels, the project is a cultural and architectural ode to Chinese calligraphy, with its forms arranged poetically across the site.

At its core, the Central Plaza (Dragon District) serves as a vibrant lifestyle hub, blending high-end retail and entertainment. Thoughtfully designed sightlines extend outward, seamlessly connecting neighboring districts: the verdant Office Park (Forest), the serene F&B Village (Water), and the striking Powerlong HQ/Hotel (Rock).

Rooted in tradition and forward-thinking design, Powerlong Qiboa harmoniously integrates culture, commerce, and community, setting a new benchmark for urban development in Shanghai.

HARBOURSIDE - 2009

Location: Sydney, Australia
Status: Unbuilt
Collaboration: The Jerde Partnership

Harbourside is a visionary mega-precinct that redefines Sydney’s Cockle Bay as the ultimate entertainment and cultural destination. Strategically positioned within a 2-kilometer radius of Sydney's CBD, Harbourside offers seamless connectivity and an inviting walking experience for both visitors and local Sydneysiders.

At its foundation lies a vibrant lifestyle center featuring high-end retail and a global array of culinary delights. Expansive waterfront viewing decks provide communal spaces for relaxation and breathtaking views, creating a dynamic hub for gatherings and leisure.

Above the retail and dining levels, sleek upper decks transition gracefully into iconic glass office towers. These towers, designed for both local and international businesses, boast premium office spaces with unparalleled views of Sydney Harbour and the iconic Opera House.

Harbourside is envisioned as the future of Darling Harbour—a landmark destination celebrating food, culture, and the vibrant spirit of Sydney.
