The Phoenix Tower will serve as the iconic 20-story, 110-meter-tall headquarters for Shaanxi Xifeng Liquor Co., spanning 80,000 sqm of premium space. Inspired by the phoenix, the design symbolizes renewal, strength, and the company’s legacy of excellence.

Design Highlights

• Form & Materiality: A dynamic silhouette with glass and textured stone, reflecting transparency, strength, and timelessness, with warm tones inspired by the craft of liquor-making.
• Functionality: Features executive offices, collaborative spaces, and state-of-the-art conference facilities.
• Vision: A stately, refined design rooted in Chinese culture, emphasizing balance and sustainability.
