EDMOND RESIDENCE - 2022

Just two miles West from the Las Vegas Strip, this new 10,000 + sqft residence is an entertainer’s dream, blending luxury with functionality. Designed for creativity, it features a basement bar with a pool-view window, a flexible studio for music and photography, and a hidden staircase linking the office to a private suite. Five en-suite bedrooms integrate seamlessly with open living spaces, while a sprawling backyard—with a sunken performance area, pool, spa, and ADU—offers the perfect retreat for recording, relaxing, and entertaining.

This 1,200-square-foot, two-story ADU includes two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and extra large two-car garage. Designed for a single father seeking affordable housing near family, the home features modern yet simple design elements.

Positioned to maximize views of Mt. Wilson, the second floor takes advantage of natural vistas and passive cooling through large sliding doors. Materials were chosen to blend with the neighborhood’s stucco and wood-framed homes, ensuring a warm and harmonious presence.

The Calligraphy House merges architecture with Chinese calligraphy, crafting a harmonious composition of space and tradition. Designed for a multi-generational family, it aligns along the north-south axis, integrating cultural heritage and Feng Shui principles. A reflective water wall and stone blocks counter a "T" intersection’s energy, while a serene courtyard with a floating pond marks the southern entry. A central corridor enhances airflow and movement, dividing the home into functional and gathering spaces, balancing privacy with connection.

Aspect-House is a multigenerational residence in the Bahamas, embracing its lush surroundings and panoramic sea views. Perched above West Bay Street, it balances openness and privacy, with rooms radiating around a central water court, each framing a unique vista. A grand, sky-lit entry leads to private suites, a helical staircase, and an observation deck. Thoughtfully crafted with curved concrete walls, teak accents, and natural stone, the home blends warmth with durability. Sustainability guides its design, ensuring energy efficiency and harmony with the coastal landscape.
