The First Church of Christian Science has experienced a decline in its congregation in recent years. With a significant portion of property owned by the church, the challenge was to develop a design vision that reimagines the site. The objective was to integrate both a new church and residential units into a cohesive, functional complex that revitalizes the property while meeting the evolving needs of the community. The design aims to balance the preservation of the church’s legacy with the addition of housing, creating a dynamic, sustainable space for both spiritual and residential use.

Nestled in the serene farmlands of Pattaya, Thailand, this visionary mixed-use development reimagines luxury resort and sports leisure.The project unfolds in three dynamic phases.Spanning 800,000 square meters.

At its heart lies a newly excavated lake, anchoring an array of high-end retail centers, eco-friendly resorts, and luxury condominiums. The development extends its appeal to international sports teams with state-of-the-art training facilities, offering a haven where athletes and their families can relax and reconnect.

Pattaya Resort blends modern comforts with authentic local culture, providing an exclusive, secure alternative for tourists seeking nature’s tranquility and an escape from conventional tourist traps.
