RENDERINGs

RIMA CABIN - 2024

Location: Cooper Landing , Alaska
Status: Visualization

I was tasked with visualizing a new cabin designed by local architects. The client was struggling to understand the spatial relationships and the overall look and feel of the design. The visualizations were well received and played a key role in advancing the project into construction.

    MOUNTAIN VIEW- 2024

    Location: Mar Vista , California
    Status: Visualization

    Collaboration: Beth Edelstein Landscape Design

In collaboration with BE, I worked on visualizing the project scope of work-(front & rear yard) to assist the client understand how the new hardscapes and softscapes, designed by BE, would blend with the existing Craftsman-style home. The renderings were created to clearly convey the design direction, allowing for constructive discussions and revisions as the client gained a deeper understanding of the process. This approach helped ensure the final design aligned with the client's vision while maintaining harmony with the home’s current look and feel.

      TUKWILA RESIDENCE & ADU - 2024

      Location: Tukwila , Washington
      Status: Visualization

      Collaboration: King Choi Architect

In collaboration with KCA, I was responsible for the design and visuals of a new home for a young family. The concept included an attached ADU below the two-story residence. The design was informed by a careful observation of the surrounding neighborhood and natural setting, ensuring the home blended seamlessly with its environment. The choice of materials and finishes reflects this connection, with exterior colors and textures that evoke the feel of an outdoor cabin while moving towards a modern aesthetic—simple, yet not too minimalist.

        CASA HILO- 2024

        Location: Hilo , Hawaii
        Status: Visualization

        Collaboration: King Choi Architect

In collaboration with KCA, I led the design and visual development of a new residence for a retired couple in Hilo. The home was shaped by its natural surroundings, with the goal of settling into the landscape rather than standing apart from it. Material selection and exterior finishes were carefully chosen to reinforce this relationship, using color, texture, and form inspired by the traditional Hawaiian hale. The result is a house that feels grounded in place both contemporary and rooted in local architectural language.

B.A.T. HOUSE - (big ass tiny) House 2022

          Location: Big Sur, California
          Status: Concept
          Collaboration: Ecologic Architects

          Role: Project Designer

In collaboration with Ecologic Architects, we designed a mobile tiny house for a young couple seeking to live off the grid. With the arrival of a child on the horizon, the project took on new urgency. The concept was to create a custom mobile home using readily available materials for ease of construction. Despite the modest budget, the goal was to maximize space and functionality, which led the clients to dub the project Big Ass Tiny (B.A.T.) House—a clever nod to its efficient design that feels anything but small.

            ROLANDA- 2022

            Location: Lakewood , California
            Status: Visualization
            Collaboration: NIE’ architects

The client needed a little help visualizing how the house would look once built, especially for his wife, who was having a hard time picturing it. I was given free rein to come up with the interior design and finishes. The end result was a hit, and with everyone on board, construction moved forward without a hitch!
